The three qualities of astrology are very important as they form one of the classifications, which define how the various Zodiac Signs are going to be. The three qualities of astrology in an astrological chart determine a person's attitude in life and how he or she will approaches all kinds of things in life. These three qualities of astrology are Fixed, Cardinal and Mutable.
Signs of polarity arc those zodiac signs, which are either 180 degrees or 90 degrees apart and thus This they share the same qualities. Signs which share the same quality, generally don't work harmoniously together. The reason for this may be that they are too alike and thus clash. However those qualities, which are opposite to each other, are more comfortable working together and do well, even in the presence of some tension.
The Cardinal Signs are Capricorn, Aries, Libra and Cancer. In the Zodiac Chart, the Cardinal Houses are the 1st or the House of Self, 4th or the House of Family and Hom, 7th or the House of Partnerships and 10th or the House of Social Status. If a person has many planets in the aforesaid houses then the person's energy shows sighs of Cardinality. Qualities of initiation and creativity are associated with the Cardinal Signs.
The Fixed Signs are Taurus, Aquarius, Leo and Scorpio. In the Zodiac Chart the Fixed Houses are the 2nd or the House of Possessions, 5th or the House of Pleasure, 8th or the House of Sex and 11th or the House of Friendships.
The Mutable Signs are Pisces, Gemini, Virgo and Sagittarius. The Mutable Houses are the 3rd or the House of Communication, 6th or the House of Health, 9th or the House of Philosophy and 12th or the House of Subconscious.
